At Christian Bible Service, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Share clear photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
  3. Our team will share return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, Holy Communion juice, wafers, and opened consumable items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
